Shailendra Kothavale

Mr. Shailendra Kothavale heads the Compliance, Risk functions for the company. He has 17 years of experience across the fields of Compliance, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity, Investment Risk, SOX implementation. Prior to this assignment, Shailendra was with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. for 11 years and handling the Compliance function in his last role.

Shailendra has a Bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University and is a Chartered Accountant (C.A.) from ICAI, New Delhi. He has also obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA, U.S.A.
