Job Purpose - Agency Manager

  • The purpose of this role is to recruit quality advisors (free lancer) & create right distribution to sell insurance policies.


Reporting

  • Branch Head/Branch Manager


Principle Accountabilities of Agency Managers:

  • To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing, in order to achieve the sales goals set by the company.
  • Provide training to Advisors and manage relationship to enable them to succeed in this business
  • Maintain persistency for the policies procured by team of Advisors
  • Overall achieve the profitability of the team
