1. Collection of renewal/revival/top up premiums/ loan repayment only vide cheque/DD. No cash payments accepted.
2. Collection of written requests and complaints regarding policy servicing (please carry original documents along with policy documents for verification).
3. CAMS will provide acknowledgement along with unique reference number to be quoted in any correspondence with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance.
